1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or tracking details (if available).

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • Major cities in Pakistan: 2–4 working days

  • Other cities and rural areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery times may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order value

  • Promotional offers or free shipping campaigns

The applicable shipping cost will be shown or confirmed before order completion.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Safra Collection offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Customers must ensure that:

  • Someone is available to receive the order

  • The correct amount is ready at the time of delivery

Repeated order cancellations or refusals may result in restriction from future COD orders.

5. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver the package:

  • The courier may attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to Safra Collection

In such cases, the customer may need to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including:

  • Full address

  • City

  • Contact number

Safra Collection will not be responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact Safra Collection within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the package and item

Our support team will assist you according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

8. Shipping Coverage

Safra Collection currently delivers within Pakistan only.

International shipping may be introduced in the future.
