Safra Collection – Return & Exchange Policy

At Safra Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The item does not match the description or order

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

To qualify, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have all tags and packaging intact

  • Be accompanied by the order confirmation or receipt

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or alteration

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Product photos (if damaged or incorrect)

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, customers may choose:

    • Another product of equal value, or

    • A store credit for future purchases.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if the item is out of stock for exchange or cannot be replaced.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via:

    • Bank transfer, or

    • Store credit (depending on the payment method used).

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Safra Collection will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is requested for personal preference (size, color, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

7. Right to Refuse Returns

Safra Collection reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

8. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Pakistan.
